I have led international, multi-site portfolios supporting robotics, hardware prototyping, software development, and advanced engineering teams, translating business strategy into infrastructure capability, operational performance, and organisational resilience. With a strong foundation in Lean, continuous improvement, and change management (Prosci® certified, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt), I have led structured transformation across global operations, standardising processes, embedding data-led performance frameworks, and strengthening safety and governance cultures while maintaining innovation velocity. I understand the demands of high-performance, safety-critical environments and build operational ecosystems that accelerate technical delivery rather than constrain it.
